“FAST” WHEEL AXLE for YAMAHA R1-R9-R6

Developed for use in the SSP600 class, this kit complies with FIM regulations and is used by the leading teams racing the Yamaha R9 in Supersport championships.

This system is also compatible with Yamaha R1 2015-2026 and Yamaha R6 2017-2026.

The “quick” wheel axle is essential during wheel changes on race weekends, as it allows the mechanic to quickly tighten the wheel axle using an impact wrench.

The kit includes:

– Wheel axle made of high-alloy steel, featuring a quick-thread design and dedicated broaching for use with an impact wrench.

– 1/2” drive socket for impact wrench.

– Threaded Ergal bushing with surface-hardening treatment.

– Ergal locking nut, with black anodized finish.

– Racing wheel spacers (Ergal with surface-hardening treatment), featuring an extended “ramp” and asymmetrical retaining lip.

– Wheel axle protectors (Anticorodal aluminium), featuring a low aerodynamic-impact profile and free-running fit on the wheel axle.

We recommend using the quick wheel axle together with our mobile front fender mounts to make wheel changes easier.
